Tips to create balance
Take a deep breath. Breathe in to the count of 5, and exhale to the count of 5. Repeat 3-5 times. How do you feel after this simple exercise?
When conflict, confusion, sadness, overwhelming joy arise, gently remind yourself, "Everything is impermanent. To be sure enjoy or acknowledge the feeling, but know that it will pass."
